the HOUSE
A compound of four whitewashed buildings, quietly arranged among mature pines and connected by warm timber decking.
The main building anchors the home - a generous living and kitchen space designed for long, unhurried mornings and easy evenings.
The five ensuite bedrooms are spread across the remaining three buildings, giving every guest their own private retreat to return to. Two rooms can be configured as twins or super kings, and the master suite features a deep bathtub that earns its place after a long day at the beach.
Above it all, an expansive roof terrace catches the last of the afternoon light. Below, a heated pool does the rest. It is the kind of house that is hard to leave — and that, of course, is entirely the point.
the Living Area
The heart of the house. An open, airy space where the group naturally gravitates — for slow breakfasts, lazy afternoons, and evenings that stretch longer than planned. The kitchen is made for proper cooking, the living area for doing very little at all. Doors open out to the decking and the pine trees beyond, so the line between inside and outside never feels especially firm.
the Master
The best room to come home to after a long day at the beach. The master suite is generous and calm, with a deep freestanding bathtub that justifies an early evening entirely on its own. Cool walls, warm light, and everything you need — nothing you don't.
Cabana One
Calm and unhurried, with warm natural textures and an ensuite that makes getting ready feel like part of the holiday. The bed can be arranged as a super king or twin — a small detail that makes all the difference when you're actually planning who sleeps where.
Cabana Two
Quietly tucked within its own building, this room has the kind of stillness that makes it easy to sleep in. Ensuite, comfortable, and thoughtfully finished — with the flexibility of twin beds or a super king, depending on who's staying.
